There are 4 methods for creating a new collection.

1. From the browser pane, expand the 'My collections' folder tree. Click on 'Create new collection'
2. From the user account menu, select 'My collections'.  In the next 'Manage my collections' page, under 'Create new collection', type a name for the new collection and click on the 'Create' button.
3. From the Collection bar at the bottom of the screen, under 'Current collection', click on '(create new collection)'
4. When uploading resources, under 'Upload options' there is the option to create a new collection and save the resources to it.
