Resources can be added or removed from collections individually or in batches. This applies to LibraryLink collections that contain the resources linked to a database record, and to ad hoc collections.
- Adding individual resources - while previewing the resource thumbnails to be added n the main window, open the destination collection in the Collections bar. Click and drag the required resources down onto the Collections bar to add them.
- Removing individual resources - click and hold on the required thumbnail until the 'waste bin' is displayed at the top of the window. Drag the thumbnail over the bin and drop it in. Confirmation will be required for each removal from the collection.
- Adding resources in batches - select each required resource by ticking the checkbox next to the resource id then, from the Actions dropdown list, select 'Add selected to collection'.
- Removing resources in batches - select each required resource by ticking the checkbox next to the resource id then, from the Actions dropdown list, select 'Remove selected from collection'.
